Our Lal Mirch Bharua Achar is made using hand-picked red chillies that are sun-dried and slit open to be lovingly stuffed with a signature spice blend. The masala is slow-roasted over a gentle flame with ingredients like fennel (saunf), fenugreek (methi), nigella seeds (kalonji), rock salt, turmeric, and asafoetida (hing). Each chilli is then aged in cold-pressed mustard oil under the sun until it reaches peak flavor.
The result? A bold, aromatic achar that carries heat, earthiness, and a hint of nostalgia.
